What are your candles made from?

Our candles are handcrafted using a premium coconut-soy wax blend, phthalate-free fragrance oils, and cotton wicks for clean, long-lasting burn.

How long does processing take?

Each order is handcrafted and typically ships within 5-7 business days. Processing times may be extended during new product launches and the holiday season.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Pleas contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of damaged item. We'll make it right as quickly as possible. 

Do you accept returns? 

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we'll gladly help to resolve the issue. 

Are your Home Fragrance Sprays safe?

Our Home Fragrance sprays are designed for use on most linens and fabrics. We recommend testing on a small, hidden area before full use. Not intended for use on the skin.
