What type of products are used in your candles?

Our candles are made with coconut soy wax and phthalate-free fragrances. We also use cotton wicks which are lead free. Our Wax melts are made from 100% soy wax. Our room sprays are made from an all natural base that contains no chemicals.

What if my items arrive damaged, what do I do?

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your damaged items @shicandco@gmail.com. We will respond within 24-48hrs to replace your item. 

What is your return policy?

All sales are final, but we will gladly replace any damaged or lost items. 

What is your processing times? 

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days in the order they were received. 

When do you ship orders?

Since the temperatures are cooling, we will be shipping Monday-Friday. During the summer months we will only ship Monday-Wednesday.
